By accessing or using the Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited platform (the “Platform”), operated by Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited provides digital tax filing, accounting, GST compliance, company registration, and related services. These services may be updated or modified from time to time at our sole discretion.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use this Platform.
To access certain features, you may need to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, and not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Fees for services will be communicated before engagement. All payments must be made in INR and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
Refunds are processed only in case of failure to deliver the service or duplicate payments. Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction.
Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in the performance of any obligation under this Agreement if such failure or delay arises from events beyond their reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, political insurgence, natural disasters (e.g., floods or earthquakes), acts of civil or military authorities, and other unforeseen circumstances. The affected party must notify the other party promptly and make reasonable efforts to fulfill its obligations despite the force majeure event.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or related to this Agreement, including breaches, shall be resolved through arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, for all disputes arising from or related to the use of the Platform.
Use of the Platform and services is at your sole risk. Content and services may include errors or interruptions. Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserves the right to modify or discontinue Platform features without notice. Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and availability. In no event shall Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, or losses exceeding INR 5000 or such amount as permitted under applicable regulations, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
All content, design, and information on the Platform is the exclusive property of Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited. No rights, titles, or interests are transferred to you under these Terms. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, broadcast, reproduce, or use Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of the Platform or its components is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures due to equipment malfunctions, internet or system failures, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited is not liable for access disruptions during such events.
Information provided on the Platform is sourced from third parties deemed reliable, but Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited does not guarantee accuracy or completeness. The Platform and its content are provided on an as is basis. Users accept responsibility for evaluating accuracy and appropriateness for their own use. You are solely responsible for procuring, maintaining, and operating the necessary devices and internet connections to access the Platform. All related costs and taxes are your responsibility. Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited is not liable for any failure resulting from your equipment or access issues.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited, its affiliates, employees, officers, agents, and licensors from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, breach of Terms, violation of rights, or misuse of the services.
Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited grants you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Platform solely for personal use. All intellectual property rights in the Platform content, design, and code remain with Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or replicate any part of the Platform without written consent. Use of third-party content is governed by their respective terms. Unauthorized use terminates your license and may result in legal proceedings.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to: Sharing defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringing content; Misleading or impersonating others; Uploading harmful software or code; Violating any applicable laws or regulations; Undermining the sovereignty, integrity, or security of India. Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited reserves the right to take legal action for any misuse or violation.

Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited does not endorse or control these external sites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Transactions with third-party service providers are solely between you and the third party.
You consent to receiving communications from Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited via email, SMS, calls, WhatsApp, or other means based on contact details shared by you. Ensure your contact details remain updated with Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited to avoid missed communications. Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited disclaims liability for lost or delayed electronic communications. All communications will be in English.
By continuing phone conversations with Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited representatives, you consent to call recordings for quality control, training, dispute resolution, and legal purposes. Recordings may be reviewed internally or shared with authorized third parties as required by law. All recorded data will be managed per applicable data protection regulations and Afinthrive Advisory Private Limited's privacy policy. Recordings will be retained for the duration required by law and securely deleted thereafter.
